To raise a request, please email us at connect@tulipbyamita.com within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos and an unboxing video of the package. Kindly note that requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Once reviewed, our team will update you via email or WhatsApp regarding the next steps. If approved, a credit note valid for 6 months will be issued within 30 working days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
