Processing & Dispatch

Made-to-order pieces: Each piece takes 4 to 5 working days to handcraft before it is dispatched; working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Ready-to-ship pieces: These are dispatched within 3 to 4 working days of order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines

Within India:5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

International Orders: Delivery timelines vary based on the destination country and customs clearance; estimated timelines will be shared at the time of dispatch. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.

Delays: While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays due to courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control; we will keep you informed in such cases.

Return Shipping: In cases where a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable; these charges will be deducted from the credit note value where applicable.
