Return and Refund Policy
At Tulip by Amita, every piece is handcrafted to order. As each item is made exclusively for you, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or broken.
Eligibility:Β
A return or exchange request will only be considered if:
- The item is received visibly damaged or broken
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video and supporting photos are submitted at the time of raising the request
Requests raised after 48 hours or without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review.
Non-Eligible Items:
The following are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances:
- Custom on-order or personalised pieces;
- Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price;
- Items with signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
How to Raise a Request: Email us at connect@tulipbyamita.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, unboxing video, and clear photographs of the damage. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 working days.
Credit Note: If your return is approved, a credit note will be issued within 30 working days. The credit note is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be applied toward a future purchase in our store. No cash refunds will be issued.
Exchanges: If approved, we will replace the damaged item with the same product, subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, a credit note will be issued instead.
