Products:   All our pieces are handcrafted to order; as a result, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur and are a natural characteristic of handmade products. These are not considered defects.

Product images on our website are as accurate as possible; however, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

Ordering: By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete; we reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise; for international orders, currency conversion and applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment: We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout; all transactions are processed securely. Tulip by Amita does not store your payment details.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed; in the case of an accidental or incorrect payment, please contact us at connect@tulipbyamita.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
