Every Tulip By Amita piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully packed before it reaches you. In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or broken, we’re here to help.

To raise a request, please email us at connect@tulipbyamita.com within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos and an unboxing video of the package. Kindly note that requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Once reviewed, our team will update you via email or WhatsApp regarding the next steps. If approved, a credit note valid for 6 months will be issued within 30 working days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Custom-made pieces and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless received damage.
