• Storage: Store each piece separately in the pouch or a soft jewellery box to protect the finish. 
• Put them on last: Always after perfume, lotion, or hairspray. Take them off before sleeping, exercising, or swimming. Avoid Prolonged exposure to chlorine, salt water, and heavy product buildup

Once reviewed, our team will update you via email or WhatsApp regarding the next steps. After receiving the product, we will provide a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a store credit (credit note). The credit note will be issued within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the product and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Custom made pieces and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless received damage.
