1. No Return or Exchange Policy
At Tulip By Amita, we specialize in custom-made jewellery crafted specifically upon receiving your order. Due to the unique and delicate nature of our products, including their 22kt gold plating and craftsmanship, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
2. Reasons for Our Policy
- Custom Creations: All items are handcrafted to meet your preferences and specifications, making them exclusive to you.
- Delicate Design: Our jewellery features intricate designs with gold plating, which are not suitable for resale after return.
- Hygiene Considerations: Jewellery is a personal item, and allowing returns could compromise hygiene and quality for other customers.
3. Refunds
We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed. We encourage customers to thoroughly review product details, including size, materials, and design specifications, before placing an order.
4. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of placing an order. After this period, the production process begins, and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
5. Exceptions
If you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Send clear photographs of the issue to our customer support team. We will assess the case and offer a resolution, such as repair or replacement, if applicable.
6. Processing Time and Shipping Details
- Our products are crafted upon order and take 3 working days to prepare. Shipping requires an additional 4-5 working days depending on your location.
- For ready-to-ship products, we dispatch within 1-2 working days.
- Shipping details will be shared once your product is ready for dispatch.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days and we’ll deliver the exchanged products in next 7 days.
For cancelled orders, refund will be credited within 5-7 days to the bank account.
